• If you cancel a service after it has commenced, you will be responsible for the cost of the service rendered up to the point of cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund:

• Refunds are available for services that have not yet been delivered or commenced.
• If you are not satisfied with a completed service, you may request a refund within 3 days of service completion. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Services:

• Custom software development projects once delivered are non-refundable.
• Fees for consultancy services rendered are non-refundable.
• Any expenses incurred by TechMinified for third-party services or software are non-refundable.

Process for Refund:

• Refund requests will be processed within 6-7 business days from the date of the request.
• The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 6 to 7 working days.
• Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.
